Shipping and Returns

Shipping Rates:

We are offering a flat rate US$5.99 for all shipments to anywhere in the world.  So if you order more items or add more items to your basket the shipping cost is still set at $5.99 per order.  This is the same shipping rate for all countries in the world.  

Standard Shipments will be shipped out from our International Export Office and they will come with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment's progress.  Standard shipping times are 7 to 14 days to most countries.  If you have an urgent order and would like to send the order by expedited DHL or TNT shipping then please contact us with your request and we will send you instructions how to order.

Returns

If the order you received is incorrect or if you have any problem then please fill in the contact form to explain your problem and we can assist you to arrange the return.  Please note if the order received is correct but you want to change it then you will need to pay any return shipping fees to return them to our International Export Office.
